Yes! Men’s and women’s changing facilities, complete with showers and security lockers, are available at Water Park of New England. Security lockers are available for a daily rental fee.
Water Park of New England encourages day pass guests to bring their own towels from home. Water Park of New England souvenir towels are available for purchase at the entrance to our park.
Water Park of New England does provide towels to guests staying at The DoubleTree by Hilton Boston North Shore. Overnight guests receive their towels at the water park front desk and all resort towels must remain in the water park.
Water Park of New England is committed to your safety; therefore, glass containers, coolers, ice chests, and outside food or beverages of any kind are not permitted inside the park. The Breezeway is conveniently located within the water park, offering delicious menu items and refreshing beverages.
Children 15 years and younger are required to have adult supervision. Water park guests 16 years and older can enjoy Water Park of New England unaccompanied by an adult.
It is recommended that any persons with pre-existing medical conditions, women who are pregnant, and those with a sensitivity to chlorine not utilize the water slides and attractions. Each individual and/or guardian is encouraged to evaluate the ability to participate.
Yes! Water Park of New England does have a hot tub, for the exclusive use of guests who are 15 years of age and older. For health reasons, we cannot allow guests under 15 years of age in our hot tub.
The water for all attractions in the water park is chlorinated and filtered. Certified staff members test the water quality of our water slides and attractions frequently throughout the day, ensuring our water quality is compliant with state and local guidelines.
Showers are recommended for all water park participants, both before and after use of our water park. This aids in keeping our resort environment as safe and clean as possible.
Prolonged exposure to chlorinated water may cause irritation to those with sensitive skin or asthma. Showering and taking breaks may prevent irritation.
Inside the park, guests wishing to participate in swimming activities must be wearing a lined swim suit. Clothing with plastic or metal rivets, zippers or ornamentation is not permitted. Loose-fitting clothing and accessories that pose an entrapment risk are not permitted.
Clothing that is revealing or has vulgar content is not permitted.
Outside of the water park, footwear and cover-ups are required. This includes all lobby areas, Key Quest Arcade, Atlantis Sports Club and Spa, and all hotel common areas.
All day pass visitors are required to book their reservations in advance. Book your admission easily by clicking the above menu button stating “Day Passes“. All passes are subject to availability and the only way to guarantee entrance is with an advanced, online purchase. The park can hit capacity – if online tickets are sold out for your desired date please call ahead to confirm availability. Check-in time at the DoubleTree by Hilton Boston North Shore starts at 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Strict compliance ensures arriving guests timely access to clean accommodations. Access to the water park varies depending on the type of water park package purchased. Please pay close attention to the terms and conditions of your overnight water park package. Please note that hotel rooms only include water park access if the details specifically state that water park passes or access to the water park is included in the room rate.
Children 23 months or younger have complimentary access to Water Park of New England. Children 24 months and older are required to purchase access to the water park. Children who wear diapers are required to wear a swim diaper for health and safety reasons. Swim diapers are available for purchase in the water park.

Individual reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card to be considered confirmed. Overnight reservations canceled within 24 hours of the arrival date are nonrefundable. For Water Park Group and Birthday Party Package reservations and cancellation policies, please call (978) 646 1062.
At Water Park of New England, the safety of our guests is our top priority. As a result, we follow specific guidelines with regards to lightning storms and other forms of inclement weather. During all storms in which lightning is present within a 10 mile radius, attractions connected to the outdoors will be closed; this includes the Outdoor Splash Pad, Shark Slam, Gator Gush, Barracuda Blast & Pelican Plunge, Palm Grotto Indoor/Outdoor Spa, Coconut Grove Adventure River, and Parrot’s Perch Play Area. The Dip-In Theater and Coral Reef Canyon will be closed if overhead lightning is within a 10 mile radius. Water Park of New England makes every effort to re-open attractions as soon as conditions permit safe operation. Refunds are not given in the event that water slides and attractions are temporarily shut down due to inclement weather.
